At The Way United Methodist Church, we believe kids should love coming to church!
Our goal is simple — to create a space where children can discover God’s love, build lasting friendships, and have so much fun they can’t wait to come back next week.
From the moment they walk in, your kids will experience a safe, joyful, and grace-filled environment designed just for them.
Sunday Mornings
Our Kids Ministry (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) comes to life every Sunday with high-energy worship, interactive Bible lessons, and hands-on activities that help kids understand how much Jesus loves them.
Every week includes:
- Fun games and music
- Creative teaching that connects faith to real life
- Caring leaders who get to know your child by name
We also mix in theme days, service projects, and celebrations throughout the year — because growing in faith should be joyful!
Nursery
For our littlest ones (Birth through VPK), our Nursery Team provides a warm, nurturing space where babies and toddlers are cared for by loving, trained volunteers.
Your child’s safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Every volunteer is background-checked and Safe Sanctuaries certified through the United Methodist Church.

Our check-in system is secure and simple for parents.

We maintain a low adult-to-child ratio so every child gets personal attention.
You can relax and enjoy the service knowing your child is safe, loved, and having fun.
Kindergarten through 5th Grade
We’re passionate about helping kids and students grow at every stage of life.
From the curiosity of early childhood to the questions and growth of adolescence, our goal is to build faith that lasts a lifetime.
